Kaiser Permanente Northern California
Resident Research
Many of our programs have a research requirement built into their curriculums. At Kaiser Permanenete we strongly encourage our residents to conduct research. We provide support in the form of research statisticians from The Division of Research (DOR), our Resident Research Course which explains how to take a research project from idea to publication, funding for residents who wish to present their research at regional and national meetings, and forums for our residents to present their findings to their peers.
