Facilities
Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center (LAMC) is a full-service
center that provides primary and tertiary care. The Southern California
regional cardiac cath lab and regional electrophysiology lab are
both located at this center.
The Electrophysiology service receives referrals from a catchment
area constituting over 3 million health plan members. This
provides a very diverse patient population with broad diagnostic
diversity.
The Kaiser Permanente health care system uses a state-of-the-art
electronic medical record system to create better efficiency, higher
quality, and a greater level of service to members. LAMC also has
a system for remote review access for digital radiology.
