Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center
The Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center (LAMC) is a 613-bed
referral center for more than three million Kaiser Permanente members
throughout Southern California. It is a major tertiary referral care
facility for services including liver transplantation, Hepatology,
Hepatobiliary diseases, cardiac surgery, cardiac catheterization,
electrophysiologic services, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, bone
marrow transplantation, aphaeresis, oncology, radiation oncology,
neurosurgery, and specialized urologic surgery.
Kaiser Permanente LAMC is one of the primary teaching hospitals
of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Medicine.
Students and residents from UCLA rotate through the internal medicine
and subspecialty services. Many members of our medical staff have
academic appointments with the UCLA teaching faculty.
