How to Apply

 

Residents may apply via ERAS to our Geriatrics Fellowship beginning on July 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007.

Applications are accepted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) at http://www.aamc.org/students/eras/start.htm.

Application Checklist

This will be indicated on the ERAS application.

• ERAS application
• Personal Statement (one page only, 10-12 point font, single space).
• Curriculum Vitae.
• USMLE Part 1, 2, and 3 scores.
• Medical school transcripts.
• Dean's Letter.
• Residency Program Director's letter of recommendation.
• Three other letters of recommendation.
• If applicant has rotated through a Kaiser Permanente facility, an optional letter from a Kaiser Permanente attending physician is an added plus.
