The Kaiser Permanente, Los Angeles Pediatric Residency Program is accepting applications for a PL2 or PL3 position to begin June 23, 2009. Candidates may apply by e-mailing a cover letter that includes a statement regarding the reason for leaving the residency program as well as the following documents for consideration: ERAS application, current personal statement, three current letters of recommendation(one of which should be from current/former Program Director), medical school transcripts, Dean’s letter, and USMLE /COMLEX scores. will be needed to complete

- Common Application Form
- Curriculum Vitae
- Deans Letter
- 3 Letters of Recommendation
- Medical School Transcripts
- COMLEX/USMLE Medical Board Scores, Steps 1 &2 with details of attempts
- Personal statement
- Letter of Good Standing from former program
If you are an international medical graduate, you must also submit:
- Postgraduate Training Authorization Letter
- ECFMG required documents
