About the Program

Accredited in 1990, the Riverside Residency Training Program in Family Medicine has a formal academic affiliation with the University of Southern California (USC) School of Medicine, and is part of the USC School of Medicine network of Family Medicine residencies. Program participants have access to the educational opportunities within the network, including regular rotations, electives, faculty exchanges, and conferences.

We are proud to produce physicians of outstanding quality in private practice settings, managed care environments, as well as clinical administrators, and researchers. This program is close knit and affords our residents the opportunity for individualized patient care as well as personalized teaching.
