We believe that residents should have free time to relax, study, and spend with their loved ones. The program is in full compliance with the work hour limitations mandated by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education. No outpatient clinics are scheduled following overnight call. We have not found it necessary to implement a "night float" system. Generally our residents are very satisfied with the program and their quality of life.
